Nate LaFerle – Interim Treasurer
Nate has been in the technology consulting space for 18 years, working in 15 countries, originally at Deloitte, followed by an 11-year career at Syniti, a software and services company focused on the enterprise data management space.
At Syniti, he led some of the company’s largest consulting engagements, solving complex data challenges, and later served as the company’s Global Vice President of Consulting Talent and Vice President of Business Transformation. Today, he continues to help companies run more efficiently, leverage AI innovation, and make decisions with better data through my independent analytics and AI advisory firm.
As interim treasurer, Nate is focused on improving the organization’s fiscal controls and processes, modernizing our technology stack, and aligning the organization with vendors that position us to more effectively serve our Uganda partners.
I serve because as global companies have made continuous advances in data-driven decision-making and automation, I’ve been struck by how nonprofits and NGOs doing important global development work have not had the opportunity to participate… I’ve made it a priority to find ways to enable these organizations with the tools and technologies to allow them to scale and maximize their impact in this new era.
