Jonathan Marino, PhD – Board Director
Matthew is currently a master’s student at Trinity College Dublin studying Climate Adaptation Engineering.
He lived with Father Joe in Paimol for two months (2023) and supported the biogas installation and outlined energy access in the village. He also spearheaded biogas and solar fruit drying projects at St. Bakhita Vocational Training Center through the Innovation for Impact Club at Notre Dame and served as a Powerful Means Initiative Fellow (2025)
Matthew serves as the BOSCO Inc. board secretary and is currently supporting Tom in his role as interim board director.
To continue to support BOSCO’s mission of preserving culture, spreading energy and technology access and literacy, and empowering communities in the Northern region. I hope to use my experience and academic background to support ongoing projects and partner development to amplify BOSCO Uganda’s impact in any way that I can.
